13 Year Old Girl Says 20 Year Old Man Defiled Her Twice

A 13 YEAR old girl has allegedly been bonked by a young man, who is suspected to be in his early 20’s at Breman, a community in Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region.

Suspect Godvessel Nanaba Nkrumah, reportedly, had carnal knowledge of the naive girl on two occasions, but the girl did not show any sign that she had been defiled afterwards.

But one day luck eluded Nanaba Nkrumah as a love text message that she sent to the young girl was seen by her mother, who confronted the girl about her relationship with the suspect.

During the mother and daughter hot interrogation, the young girl spilled the beans by informing her mother that the suspect had bonked her on two occasions at different places.

A police statement, which confirmed the incident, said

Nanaba Nkrumah has since been apprehended and he is being held to assist the security agents in their investigations.

“On 10/04/24, Theresa Mansa of Bremang came to the DOVVSU Unit with her daughter, aged 13 years, with a report that she detected love text conversation (massages) between her daughter (victim) and suspect Godvessel Nanaba Nkrumah.

“That when questioned, victim disclosed to her that suspect had sexual intercourse with her on 2/04/24 and 6/04/24 at Tafo Bonsuom and Santase, respectively”, the police statement, noted.

According to the police, the suspect, during interrogation, admitted the offense. “On 14/04/24, suspect was arrested and when questioned, he admitted the offense”, the report said.
