2 Boys Sell Human Head

TWO youngsters aged 18 and 19 are in police grips after alarm blew on their attempt to sell a human skull.

It is not yet known where they got the skull from. Police is on perusing some eight other persons associated with the skull.

The skull was to have been sold to a spiritualist but he alerted the police and got the boys arrested while they were attempting the sale.

The two suspects are Akwasi Adu, who said to be 18 years and Attah Kaneah, who is also believed to be 19 years old. They are currently in police custody in Kumasi.

The spiritualist, who the young-looking suspects had attempted to sell the human skull to for voodoo purposes, initially feigned interest in the deal.

He told the boys to wait at his shrine for some minutes, promising to return with the money that they were demanding for the human skull.

Unknown to the teenagers, the spiritualist was not interested in the deal and he returned in the company of policemen, who arrested the boys.

A police source disclosed to the paper that the weird incident happened at Barekese in the Atwima Nwabiagya District on Sunday, January 21, 2018.

According to him, the spiritualist was at his shrine that fateful day when the two young boys, from nowhere popped up and showed the human skull to him.

The teen boys told the spiritualist that the human skull was for sale and the spiritualist quickly assured the boys that he would buy the strange item.

The police source said the spiritualist then called the police to arrest the two boys, adding, the boys mentioned eight other people as owners of the human skull.

He said the police are doing whatever they could to help arrest the eight other suspects to help assist the security agencies in their investigations.
