President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is on course to secure a second term in office, according to projection by the multimedia group limited of the December 7 Presidential Election.
The media house is secured with results from 270 constituencies out of the total 275.
Akufo-Addo has 6, 640, 809 making 51.30% while former President John Mahama has 6, 121, 817 making 47. 29%.
Meanwhile the Electoral Commission (EC) is confident of declaring the results for the 2020 presidential election today.
This follows the failure of the Commission to meet an earlier 24-hour deadline announced by Chairperson, Jean Mensa.
Addressing the press Wednesday, Deputy Chairman in-charge of Corporate Services, Dr Eric Asare Bossman, apologised for the delay.
He said the results will be declared with or without the total figures from some two remaining regions.
