Former deputy Minister for Education during the Mahama-led NDC administration, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has donated a number of school gadgets to students in the North Tongu Constituency ahead of the 2019 BECE.
The offer according to the Member of Parliament for the Constituency is to help and motivate students and the teaching body to seek for good grades in the upcoming Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) .
In a Facebook post, the lawmaker also revealed paying final mock fees for all 1,920 students in the Constituency.
“I also donated graph boards for all 50 Junior High Schools and made a special presentation of laptop computers to the nine top performing schools over the last three BECEs who secured an average of 80% to 98% in an effort to motivate other schools to follow suit,” he disclosed in addition.

A very fruitful and exciting day in my beloved constituency. Amazing interactions in Mepe with Directors, Teachers and JHS Pupils as we prepare for BECE 2019.
