Ivorian star, N’guessan Hermann is among 12 players Accra Hearts of Oak have recruited to beef up their squad ahead of the commencement of the next league season.
The former AS Police of Niger player would not be the only foreign player to wear the Rainbow colours during the season.
The Phobians have also engaged the services of Aboubacar Traore from Racing Club de Bobo Dioulasso of Burkina Faso together with Congolese Raji Okemba who is expected to give Fatau Mohammed a stiff competition for the left-back role.
The club have also promoted Selassi Bakai Blessing and goalkeeper Richard Baidoo from the junior side, Auroras, while defender Benjamin Agyare has also been captured from Heart of Lions.
Ebusua Dwarfs’ Joseph Esso has also switched camp to the Accra-based club, with his club compatriot, Christopher Bonney, also moving to the Rainbow club.
Other players that the club unveiled, included Theophilus Jackson, Benjamin Afutu Kotei, and Evans Quao, while Fatau Mohammed was also unveil after renewing his contract with the club.
With the recruitment of the new players, the team hopes to change its fortunes after they last won the league trophy about a decade ago.
