Accra, Nsawam, other areas shaken by earth tremor

A large part of Ghana’s capital city, Accra and other surrounding areas experienced earth tremors late Wednesday. 

The tremor occurred a few minutes to 11:00 pm on June 24, 2020.

It was recorded in parts of the Greater Accra, Central and Eastern Regions.

Some of the affected areas include Dansoman, Lapaz, Achimota, Tesano, Santa Maria, Gbawe, Weija, Madina, Kwabenya, Nsawam, Koforidua, Swedru among others.
