Aduana Players Get Lands, Tv For Winning League
PLAYERS OF newly-crowned league champions, Aduana Stars, are to take home plots of land for winning the just ended Ghana Premier league.
The impressive package is the club owner, Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu II’s own way of rewarding the players for emerging as champions.
The Paramount Chief of Dormaa Traditional Area also presented a 40-inch flat screen television set to each of the 40 registered players of the club.
Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu also presented a whopping Gh¢100,000 to be evenly shared to all the registered players.
The traditional leader, in his succinct remarks, said the reward is his own way of showing appreciation to the team for winning the league.
According to him, the players have done a yeoman’s job by emerging as Ghana champions so they needed to be rewarded handsomely.
He added that the coach, operations manager and CEO of the club would also get double the land size the players got.
Aduana have so far won the league two times after qualifying for the premiership less than ten years ago.
