Ahmed Toure Wants Kotoko Return
Former Kotoko striker, Ahmed Toure, is not ruling out the possibility of returning to the Kumasi-based club ahead of next season.
“My doors are open not only to Kotoko, but to any club in the country that can offer me a mouthwatering offer”, he said.
Toure, an Ivorian international, now plies his trade with premier division club, Bechem FC, based in the Brong Ahafo region.
If his statement is anything to go by then his current employers would struggle to maintain him for the next playing season.
Toure, a natural goal poacher, said even though he is happy at Bechem FC, he cannot rule out the possibility of moving on.
“The Bechem FC management and supporters have been very good to me so far but if a team comes with a better offer I might be tempted to go”.
Toure shot into limelight after his extraordinary scoring exploits during his spell with Kumasi Asante Kotoko some seasons ago.
Considered as a potent goal scorer, Toure had lived up to expectation at Bechem FC where he had rediscovered his scoring form.
