AirtelTigo Begins Network Upgrade

AirtelTigo has commenced network upgrade in the Western, Central and Greater Accra regions.

The network upgrade is aimed at providing customers with wider coverage, faster internet speed and enhanced voice quality.

In a notice to customers cited by The Publisher Business, it said the upgrade will be a smooth one, and will not affect customers AirtelTigo Money, airtime or phone contacts.

However, in the unlikely event were customers do encounter a network challenge such as “No Service” or “Emergency”, customers should visit any AirtelTigo shop in the Western, Central and Greater Accra regions with a valid ID to upgrade their SIM for free.

The SIM upgrade comes with FREE GHS20 airtime and 1GB data.
