AMA Assigns Gilbert Nii Ankrah As PRO

The Accra Metropolitan Assembly has appointed Gilbert Nii Ankrah to replace Numo Blafo III as its Public Relations Officer.

According to a statement from the AMA, Numo Blafo III has been reassigned to the Information Ministry.

“The Accra Metropolitan Assembly wishes to inform all media houses and the general public that Mr. Gilbert Nii Ankrah is now the assembly’s head of public affairs. He replaces Numo Blafo who has been reassigned by the Ministry of Information. In view of this, all request and enquiries should be directed to the new head,” the statement said.

Nii Ankrah who joined the Information Service Department (ISD) as a Journalist in 2007 has over 10 years’ experience in Journalism and Public Relations.

Mr Ankrah was the Parliamentary correspondent for the ISD until his appointment.
