Manager of late musician Vybrant Faya, Emmanuel Barnes, popularly known as Mr. Logic has said that the renowned undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas method of Journalism is uncouth.
The former manager of dancehall artiste Shatta wale said this in an interview with mike 2 on Adom FM entertainment show aired on Saturdays on his contribution to what Nana Ama Mcbrown said regarding the need for Anas Aremeyaw Anas to extend his investigation to the entertainment industry.
“I don’t believe in his method of journalism but if the state believes in who am I to say no” he stressed.
According to him, Anas’ carries out investigations based on hints of corruption in an institution, and offers money to track down the authority’s involved.
He further advised Anas should follow and track suppose victims of corrupt deed for years and gain credible information about them before coming out.
Touching on how Ghanaians embraced the documentary, he criticized Ghanaians for rejoicing over the issue and stressed that anybody could be a victim since it is not the appropriate way to do undercover investigations.
Responding to Emmanuel Barnes submissions, Anas P.R.O Latiff Abubakar said “these are all bad statement from people to bring our work down but we (tiger eye) will not give up.”
According to him they do not just come out and start giving out money to track down their prey but do details investigation to ensure if the person is really into such act before they embark on their journey to unveil such person.
“The issue of bad comment from people are all satiric ways to track us down but we do not need the society to tell us what we are doing, we are aware of our aims and objectives” he stressed.
