Some selected health institutions in Kumasi have taken delivery of bottles of Adonko Hand Sanitizer. The Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), owned by business mogul, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, made the presentation.
The free presentation is to help protect frontline health workers against the dangerous Covid-19 virus. The presentation also forms part of series of activities for the grand launching of the Adonko Hand Sanitizer.
The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi South, Aboaso and Mamponteng Hospitals received the items.
Also benefiting from the largesse are the Nkawie, Kronum Government and Divine Hospital (Kronum) among others.
Also, the ABN has presented bags of rice, cooking oil and other items to some groups in the Ashanti regional capital.
They are the Kumasi Children’s Home, the Prisons, some selected widows, head porters and the vulnerable.
Samuel Kofi Acheampong said items worth GHC800,000 were presented to help improve and save human lives.
He said his outfit has stopped producing alcoholic beverages and are presently producing hand sanitizers.
“We are not happy about the exorbitant prices of hand sanitizers in the country so we have stepped in to help.
“We have introduced the Adonko Hand Sanitizer, which is cheap and very potent to kill viruses to save lives”.
