Arise Ghana demo turns bloody

The Arise Ghana demonstration held yesterday in Accra to protest against economic hardships and the rising cost of living in Ghana ended in violent clashes when some demonstrators pelted the Police with stones and they, in return,  fired tear gas shots when the two disagreed over the route to be taken for the street march.
