Asabee did not sex me – Abena Korkor tells it all

Pretty-faced television presenter Nana Abena Korkor Addo, the founder and president of Psychosocial Africa, has said among the tall list of seasoned politicians and top media personalities she had encountered on a personal and private level, the only person who exhibited self-discipline and did not have intentions of taking advantage of her sexually was Stephen Asamoah Boateng, the Director-General of the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA).

Abena Korkor has revealed a jaw-dropping list of politicians and media personalities she said had sexual relations with her as well as those who kept pressurizing her for sex.

She however mentioned the name of Stephen Asamoah Boateng, mostly known as ‘Asabee’ as the only person among the lot who had genuine intentions of helping her with no strings attached and expected nothing from her in return.

“Asabee never slept with me. He did not have sex with me or anything…Among all the men, I think Asabee is the only wise one in my view. He was very straightforward and did not go round and round on other issues…He did not give me any physical cash but he was supporting a young girl’s political dream. And it made me respect him for a very long time”, she noted.

“I didn’t put a gun to anybody’s head to come and have a thing to do with me.  I didn’t have any legal contract with you that one I have had sex with you, I can’t go and say it anywhere”, Abena Korkor  noted in a rather long self-made ‘kiss and tell’ amateur video of herself, which she said was her truth to liberate her soul.

About 16 minutes into the video Abena Korkor explained her encounter with Asabee. Below is a transcript of what Abena said about Asabee:

“I have a nickname for all of them. Kojo Yankson is called Sugar. KOD is called Chocolate. Asabee is already Asabee. But Asabee never slept with me. He did not have sex with me or anything. He used to call me Margaret Thatcher.

“He [Asabee] is one of the only people who saw me how I saw myself; Margaret Thatcher. He designed my [SRC] campaign posters and materials for me. Even when Nana Akufo-Addo won the elections, he [Asabee] gave me an invite to attend the inauguration.

“It was just normal conversations until we parted ways. Among all the men, I think Asabee is the only wise one in my view. He was very straightforward and did not go round and round on other issues.

“He was never interested in my but was only helping my campaign. He said he was not interested in me but he would support my campaign and he did.

“It was not as if he was even giving me money. He was giving me wisdom and strategy to win my campaign.

“He did not give me any physical cash but he was supporting a young girl’s political dream. And it made me respect him for a very long time. But the rest of the men, they all knew they were married so even if I was the one who seduced them, they should have closed their zips.

“But they do not know how to do that”, Abena Korkor added.

Mr. Asamoah Boateng has declined comment on the matter.

He seems focused on his job as Director-General at SIGA with is to provide first-class Ownership and Governance role to propel State-owned Enterprises (SOEs), Joint Venture Companies (JVCs) and Other State Entities (OSEs) for Excellent performance to yield positive returns to the citizens.
