Asante Kotoko Warn Clubs To Stay Off Amos Frimpong

The Public Relations Officer of Asante Kotoko, Obed Acheampong has cautioned clubs to stay off from club captain, Amos Frimpong.

The experienced defender was one of the club’s high performers during their FA Cup triumph as well their 5th place finish in the league.

After his impressive performance, he exhibited throughout the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League campaign, Amos have been strongly linked to Nigerian giant Enyimba FC.

But according to the club’s scribe, any club that needs the right back’s service should be ready to pay a substantial amount of money as they are keen to extend his stay ahead of the forthcoming campaign.

“Amos Frimpong remains a player and a captain of Asante Kotoko. Though he is yet to sign a new contract, he is not joining any other club.

“Any club that will want his services should be ready to dish out some huge sums of money,” Acheampong told Asempa FM.
