Atta Kusi Part Ways With Kotoko
ATTA KUSI will not be in action when Kumasi Asante Kotoko starts their league and Africa Confederation Cup Tournament campaign next year.
This follows a mutual agreement between the Kumasi-based club and the player to part ways, THE PUBLISHER SPORTS understands.
Atta Kusi, who confirmed his departure from the two times Africa champions, said his contract with the Porcupine Warriors has ended.
According to him, he did not get much playing time during the just ended season and that prevented him from proving his worth.
Atta Kusi said his managers and Kotoko therefore decided to part ways, adding that “he has no qualms leaving Kumasi Asante Kotoko”.
He noted that he did not regret joining Kumasi Asante Kotoko, saying that he indeed enjoyed every moment that shared with Kotoko.
“Kotoko is a big club therefore my stay with them helped me to acquire some experience, which help my career in future”.
Atta Kusi did not state which club that he would be joining in the coming season, saying that he will announce his next move, soon.
