Ghanaian international Andre Ayew has found the back of the net for his side Fenerbahce as they lead 1-0 at halftime at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in the Turkish Süper Lig.
The son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele escaped his marker before powerfully heading in from a Bulut cross from the left.
Andre Ayew was in the line up for Fenerbahce and paid the trust the manager had in him by scoring opening goal for the Turkish giants on the 13th minute.
Andre Ayew 28, put smiles on the faces of the Turkish giants fans as many doubted his quality following his inability to live up to expectation after a big money return to Swansea from West Ham.
It was the second half of the game as Ghanaian counterpart Benard Mensah cancelled Ayew’s opener, and made the scoreline 1-1.
Ayew, who joined the giants from Swansea City last month, was playing in the 4th Week match in the Sports Toto Super League game.
