Barcelona’s Pablo Gavi back on the pitch

Barcelona’s star midfielder Pablo Gavi has made a long-awaited return to the pitch since 7^th November, 2023.

The 20-year-old had been sidelined for an extended period, but his comeback has lifted the spirits of both him and the Spanish club.

Gavi sustained an ACL injury while on international duty for Spain during the 2024 Euro qualifiers. After 348 days of recovery, he made his triumphant return in Barcelona’s 5-1 victory over Sevilla on Sunday.

In a post-match interview with Movistar, Gavi opened up about the emotional challenges he endured during his time away from the game. “I’m very happy to be back after so long. I had been dreaming of this moment for months,” he admitted.
