Bawumia Behaves Like A Serial Caller – Anita Desoso

The First Vice Chairperson of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Anita Desoso has lamented his frustration by calling Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s recent utterances as that of a serial caller.

She said the recent comments from Dr. Bawumia about former President John Mahama are reserved for serial callers.

“Bawumia is behaving like a serial caller, is he our Vice President?”, she retorted on Neat FM in Accra.

Commenting on the decision of former President John Mahama to contest the flag bearer slot of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to Dr Bawumia said: “I hear the incompetent one says he wants to come back, he wants to come and do more damage, as if he didn’t do enough damage; well we’re waiting for him, we’re waiting for him, we’re waiting for him, oh my God”.

But Anita Desoso said the Vice President’s response to his predecessor was merely propaganda and doesn’t depict someone who is holding a high office in the country.

“Listening to the Vice President, one could mistake him for a hapless NPP serial caller repeating the propaganda lines that they became so enamored of in the run-up the 2016 elections. I am the queen of serial callers and I know how my people behave. That is exactly what the Vice President is doing now. he is behaving like a serial caller,” Desoso said.

Bawumia Damaging Ghana’s Economy – Mahama

Former President John Mahama has urged Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia to concentrate on delivering on the promises he made to Ghanaians instead of attacking former President John Mahama at every opportunity.

“It is sad to note that after nearly halfway through the four-year term of the government of which Dr. Bawumia is the Vice President, he still lacks the presence of mind to appreciate the distinction between his role as Vice President and that of his propagandist running mate days on campaign platforms.

“Whilst reminding Dr. Bawumia that any needless and unprovoked attack on former President Mahama on any day will not go unanswered, we wish to remind him that the Office of the Vice President is conducted with grace, decency and maturity, not reckless and unrestrained talk” -he said.

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has said the motive behind former President John Dramani Mahama’s attempt to come back to power is to ‘do more damage’ to the country’s economy.

He said the former President managed Ghana’s economy in a very incompetent manner whilst in office and the records were there for all to see.

“I hear the incompetent one says he wants to come back, he wants to come and do more damage, as if he didn’t do enough damage; well we’re waiting for him! We’re waiting for him! We’re waiting for him! Oh my God!” – Dr. Bawumia said describing Mahama as Incompetent.
