The Management of the Metro Mass Transit Limited (MMTL) has asked the company’s drivers to be extra cautious during the rainy season.
According to the Managing Director of Metro Mass, Albert Adu-Boahene, the drivers must avoid excessive speeding on the roads to prevent vehicular accidents.
Speaking to Citi News on the sidelines of a nationwide training of the company’s Bus drivers by the police MTTD, Mr. Adu-Boahene said the training for the drivers is important to ensure an accident-free Easter season.
“We are getting into the Easter festivities. We are asking them to be careful and they should reduce the speed. People always complain that Metro Mass Drivers overspeed. They should be careful about the way they drive and they should go according to the directions on the road so we can all achieve an accident-free Easter.”
