Carlos Ahenkorah resigns over coronavirus brouhaha

Deputy Trade Minister, Carlos Ahenkorah resigns after apparently disregarding COVID19 safety protocols when he went to a registration centre although he was positive.

Carlos Ahenkorah tendered in his resignation on Friday, 3rd July 2020.

A statement from the Presidency signed by the Director of Communications, Eugene Arhin said President Akufo-Addo has accepted the resignation from office of the Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry, Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah with immediate effect.
