CEO and Founder for Caroline Group, Ms Caroline Esinam Adzogble has been nominated for the 2020 edition of the Forty under 40 Awards in the category of Education.
The Chief Executive Officer nomination comes at the back of many educational investments her company has secured over a short period of time.
She has celebrated major milestones, which includes completing 30 major tours across Africa, in addition of 50 new Institution partners to its extensive portfolio, and secure 185 unconditional offers for students.
Her nomination for the Forty Under 40 awards comes as no surprise to the public as many have described her numerous contribution in the educational system as no match.
Caroline Esinam Adzogble, 28, hails from Dzodze in the Volta Region. She is a seasoned educational consultant and a champion for better educational opportunities across Africa.
She’s known for her 1M scholarship to 120 African students across the globe as well as one laptop per student initiative.
The Group currently has six subsidiaries which include; Potters International College, Caroline University, International boarding school services, International University services, Mercy heart foundation and Everyday travels and tours.
Through the different channels within which Caroline operates she truly believes that developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
She studied at IPMC – database technology/systems hardware and networking. University of Edinburgh (online) – Business Studies.
Speaking about her nomination, Madam Caroline said to The New Publisher in an interview that: “This nomination is already a huge win for me because to be the only female nominated amongst men; and the only person to have a diversified portfolio when it comes to Education on that list speaks volumes about my work in the past 10 years. My global partners are already celebrating with me.”
The Ghana Forty under 40 seeks to recognize and celebrate 40 of Ghana’s most influential emerging leaders under the age of 40 who demonstrate or make an impact personally and/or professionally through their exceptional leadership.
The Ghana Forty under 40 awards is organized by Xodus Communications Limited and is endorsed by the Ministry of Business Development and the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), the flagship policy initiative of the Government of Ghana.
The awards cover a wide range of sectors ranging from banking and finance, energy, family business, agriculture, theatre and arts, journalism, fashion, law, sports, event management, health, technology and innovation amongst others.
Awardees are persons who have demonstrated their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen through the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age.
