DAD Of Five Hangs To Death

Five children and their mother at Tafo in the Ashanti Region are in a state of wailing and agony as their father and bread winner of the home was found dead and hanging by a rope on his neck in an uncompleted building.

The deceased, identified as Timothy Kabutey aka ‘Timoo’ is believed to be about 52-years-old and worked as a Tanker Driver.

His hanging body was first seen by a resident in the neighborhood who raised an alarm which attracted a small but curious crowd including the dead man’s family.

The deceased was found with his neck tied firmly with a rope which hung on the wall while his lifeless body dangled from one side to the other.

Some of the residents say they suspect murder rather than suicide because Timoo was a rather happy fellow who never showed any suicidal signs.

Without mincing words, the residents suspected that Timothy might have been killed by some fiendish people, who later hanged his body.

Meanwhile, the incident had been reported to the police, who came for the body and commenced investigations into the case.
