Black Stars forward David Accam has tied the knot with Black Queens striker Florence Dadson in a traditional wedding on Thursday morning.
Accam, who plies his trade in the US, became the first Ghanaian footballer to marry his fellow female professional after tying the knot with his long-time girlfriend at Cape Coast.
The ceremony, which was held strictly by invitation, saw families and friends of the two footballers gracing the occasion.
It was attended by some past and current footballers including Stephen Appiah, Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah, Haminu Dramani, Jonathan Mensah and several others.
His successful traditional wedding follows Columbus Crew defender Jonathan Mensah own over the festive season.
Accam, who plays for the Gulf Coast Texans in the United States, has represented Ghana at every level of the national team.
According to sources, the white wedding will come off in March.
