Dklass Gh bags 2 awards on 7th anniversary celebration

Ghanaian blogger and social media influencer, the brain behind Dklassgh.com, Samuel Amadotor known widely as D.Klass Gh, last week had the best feet in his blogging career.

The blogger who celebrated his 7 years anniversary in the blogging space, days after the celebration ended it with winning two prestigious awards at the 2022 edition of the Volta Media Excellence Awards.

He won Blog of the Year for his website and Outstanding Blogger of the Year award.

In a Facebook post sighted by the paper, Mr. Samuel reacting to his 7 years anniversary indicated that, success never comes in a day but rather, takes time, strong determination and great hard work for such feet.

“Success never comes in a day. It comes with strong determination and with great hard work,!!! Happy 7th Anniversary to us @ DklassGh.Com . Thank You all for the support!! We are Grateful” he wrote on Facebook.

Mr. Samuel over the period has used his website to shape society, the Ghanaian blogging space in general, and also helped to push a lot of talents to the limelight.

In a separate interview with the paper, he indicated that, he feels fulfilled over the period for the sleepless night, hard work he has pushed to be at his current feet, adding that, “the future is bright”.

“God has been good. I’ve learnt a lot in this blogging space. 7 years journey has been tough but I’ve sailed through. I bless my home people – the Voltarians have been very supportive. My colleague bloggers and Ghana as the whole. The fans have been very supportive as well. I appreciate everybody. Special thanks to Papaga Secklowu Bless, Co-founder of celebritiesbuzz.com.gh” he said.

In August last year, he gained the 28th position on the 2021 Top 50 Ghanaian Bloggers ranking changing the narrative of news delivery to the masses.

The list was combined by Ghana’s leading PR and Rating Agency, Avance Media, in partnership with Woodin and Verna Natural Mineral Water.

The ranking, which came into inception in 2018, features the names behind the most read, popular and credible blogs in Ghana and highlights how individuals are contributing to digital journalism in Ghana.

The ranking was announced at an exclusive awards ceremony that hosted the Ghanaian blogging community at the San Marino Hotel in Accra on Wednesday 28th July 2021.

The blogger, Dklass came into existence and started with the establishment of his website 7 years ago with the help of some senior men already in the blogging space.

He has over the years shown much appreciation to Jonathan Nii Laryea popularly known as Jonilar – a music blogger and Digital Music expect, senior blogger Elorm Beenie as the people who guided him into the blogging space.

Gaining his feet in the Ghana’s showbiz Industry, he has used his platform – website and all social media pages to promote music talents in the Volta region and other part of the country.

The current win comes in addition to the several awards he has gained over the 7 years of his existence, it also come as no surprise to many in the country as he has develop for himself a solidified brand with the main mission of serving his readers with great and educative contents.
