Talented singer and songwriter, Ethel Eshun, popularly known as eShun, has said adhering to only gospel music limits God’s given talent in persons.
Speaking on This Is Gospel Show on Hitz FM with the host Franky5, the songstress explained that when one limits him or herself to only Gospel Music it leaves the other genres astray.
”When you listen to the content of my music, I preach Love, I preach Strength, I preach Never giving Up, I do all this and gets connected to Christians, Muslims and other traditions” – she said.
She said it is her calling to inspire people and she portrays that in her songs making her different from her other peers.
Not bothered by the fact that she has not made it big in the music industry, she believes people would love her for the good music she churns out.
“It is a process, everyone needs to go through it. It doesn’t bother me at all” she added.
Ethel Eshun born in the industrial city of Tema, eShun has dazzled her audience with her unique approach to great melodies. Her stunning vocals have captured the attention of audiences in Ghana and abroad. Since her arrival on the music scene, the talented musician has established a strong image in the music industry.
She was the first runner-up of Glo X-Factor Nigeria and participated in TV3 Mentor where she comes up 3rd Runner-Up, and MTN Project Fame West Africa and placed 3rd Runner Up. She has released many hit singles. The Quophimens Musiq artiste, is working on her debut album ‘Untamed.’
