Ell’S Kloset CEO Fights for Orphans
ELLEN OBENG Amoako, CEO of Ell’s Kloset, a popular men’s boutique at the Apino Plaza in Kumasi, has entreated the public to offer a helping hand to the needy in society, especially inmates of orphanages.
According to her, government cannot properly take care of orphans in the country alone, since it is capital intensive, stressing the need for well-endowed people in society to support orphans in cash and in kind.
Ellen, who turns 40 year today, Monday, March 12 plans to mark the day by donating a variety of items and money to an orphanage at Apire near Santasi.
The Ell’s Kloset CEO has consistently donated to an orphanage home on her birthdays, with the intention of improving the living conditions of the inmates.
She told THE PUBLISHER that the items she would donate today includes one thousand pieces of chocolates, which have been branded with her picture, name and her new age, which is 40 years.
Ellen explained that an unknown person, who claims to be her (Ellen’s) secret admirer, personally manufactured the chocolates to be included in the items that would be presented to the orphans.
She said she would also donate items such as clothes, food, pampers, drinks, an undisclosed amount of money and some bags of cement.
Ell’s Kloset trades in quality goods, ranging from men’s wear and footwear, which are manufactured in Turkey, the US and Italy.
