Farmer found dead in his farm

A 51 YEAR-old farmer has been found dead in his farm at Mpatuam in the Amansie West District.

Identified as Manbrata, the lifeless body of the deceased farmer was, reportedly, found in the farm on Monday afternoon.

Another farmer that found the body, blew the alarm and it attracted other farmers, who were certainly in shock at the spectacle.

The case was reported to the police, who rushed to the farm, picked several leads before taken the body to the mortuary.

Sources in the Mpatuam community said they didn’t really know what caused the unfortunate death of the late farmer in his farm.

According to them, the farmer had visited his farm on Monday, November 16, 2020 to work, but he was found dead later on.

The several sources said they were in shock as they did not know whether Mpatuam was murdered or died a natural death.

Meanwhile, the police in the area are said to have commenced full investigations to help unravel what killed Mpatuam.
