Fennec Okyere Was By My Side In Murder Case – Bulldog

Bulldog has stated that the late Fennec Okyere was by his side throughout his trial murder case.

Bulldog, who was speaking on reports of his discharge by the Attorney General (AG) in relation to accusations of murdering Fennec Okyere, a music producer in 2014, said his brother’s soul will now rest in peace.

“Thank God for taking me through this experience and strengthening me through the process…Finally, my brother Fennec Okyere will Rest In Peace, he’s been by my side throughout this journey urging me on…Rest well brother,” he said on Facebook yesterday.

The CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment was Wednesday freed by an Accra Central District Court from allegations of murdering Fennec Okyere in 2014.

That followed an advice from the Attorney General (AG) to discharge Bulldog who now works at Zylofon Media. At Wednesday’s sitting, Magistrate Worlanyo Kotoku took the decision to discharge Bulldog based on the AG’s advice. He said the prosecution at the last adjourned date was conspicuously absent, as was the case Wednesday. Magistrate Kotoku, therefore, maintained that he had no option but to discharge Bulldog.

Bulldog welcomed the judgement with a lot of excitement and thanked God, his family, friends and lawyers for their support. He described 2018 as his year of grace on Facebook and said Fennec was by his side during the case.

“In his own time He maketh everything beautiful… A legal tussle for close to four years finally came to a beautiful end yesterday 31st of January…Thanks to my family …my friends …my lawyers …acquaintances and everyone for prayers and support…Thank God for taking me through this experience and strengthening me through the process…Finally my brother Fennec Okyere will Rest In Peace, he’s been by my side throughout this journey urging me on…Rest well brother….God never disgraced His children..#YEAROFGRACE #sikanhyiraadom,” he stated.

Bulldog was put before the court for allegedly murdering Fennec Okyere. He was picked up at Kokomlemle, a suburb of Accra, as a prime suspect in Okyere’s death. Three years after his arrest and subsequent arraigning before the court, state prosecutors could not present any evidence to the court to implicate Bulldog in the charges proffered against him.

He spent a significant portion of the last three years moving to and from the court and has, on many occasions, complained about his inability to travel due to the situation.
