Former Deputy Regional Minister Dies

The death is reported of Nana Abraham Kwadwo Kwakye, a former Deputy Brong-Ahafo Regional Minister.

A family member who disclosed this in a telephone interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) said the former Deputy Minister died in his room at his private residence at Atebubu in the Brong-Ahafo Region, in the early hours of Monday, January 22, 2018.

He was in his 60s, and his body has since been deposited at the Ebenezer Hospital morgue in Kumasi.

The late Kwakye served under former President John Agyekum Kufuor’s government.
