Gang Rape: Culprits Charged, Case Adjourned to Dec 27
The Asokwa Juvenile Court has remanded the three suspects involved in the gang-rape at Bantama to reappear on December 27, 2017 after they were charged.
The three were remanded to juvenile cells due to their age after an in-camera hearing by a panel with His worship Peter Oppong Boahen presiding over the case.
The lawyer for the suspects, John Boamah told Adehye FM’s Elisha Adarkwah after the court proceedings on Wednesday, December 20 that the suspects have been charged for raping and conspiracy to rape.
The case was adjourned after the prosecutor told the court that police have not concluded investigations.
