George Quaye lands Menzgold PRO Job

Entertainment Journalist and Public Relations Officer for event company Charterhouse, an event house that handles affairs of Ghana Music Awards known as George Quaye has landed a new role as the Communications Director for Menzgold.

Reports making waves and exclusive to this portal indicates, Nana Appiah Mensah, CEO of the firm has appointed him to steer affairs at his organisation. The appointment and duty at Menzgold comes as a surprise to many in the Entertainment Industry.

The RTP ‘Male Entertainment Show Host Of the Year’ was heard executing his first official duty for the gold dealing firm on Accra-based Joy FM when the station was discussing the issues surrounding Bank of Ghana and Menzgold Ghana this week.

It was recalled, he resigned from his role as host for the popular TV Entertainment talk show PUNDITS on Ghone done every tuesday, leaving for Radio Personality JAY FOLEY as the substantive host.

Quaye takes up his position at a time of great distress for the company which is embroiled in a years long war with the Bank of Ghana which has recently gone nuclear.

Quaye is a longstanding name in Gh entertainment circles as he started as an actor then migrated to entertainment punditry and communications executive.

His appointment means the current PRO of MenzGold, musician Becca, may be sacked or might work under George.
