GFA Bans Referee Amoah Indefinitely
Center referee, Prince Amoah who handled the Hearts of Oak-Aduana Stars match two months ago, has been handed an indefinite ban by GFA’s Match Review Panel.
According to the Match Review Panel they have made a recommendation that will be ratified by the Executive Committee of the Ghana FA anytime soon.
Amoah was hauled before the panel for his reckless decisions in the match played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The referee is accused of overlooking a glaring penalty after Aduana defender Emmanuel Akuoko cluttered Thomas Abbey inside the penalty area.
The said match ended 3-3 putting Aduana in a good position to win this season’s league which they missed out last season to WA All Star.
