Ghana Defender Daniel Opare Suffers Muscle Injury in Augsburg Draw Against Freiburg

Ghana defender Daniel Opare suffered a muscle injury in Augsburg 3-3 draw against Frieburg in the German Bundesliga on Saturday.

Opare was forced to depart the pitch after sustaining a muscle injury in Augsburg stalemate at the Augsburg Arena.

The 27-year-old picked up the injury from a horrible tackle made by Caglar Soyuncu in the 22nd minute of the game and was replaced by German defender Raphael Framberger.

Opare will undergo a scan tomorrow to know the extent of the injury.
