Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman has officially signed with English Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 19-year-old, who finalized terms in January, joined the Seagulls this week and participated in pre-season training. He will also travel with the team to Japan as part of their preparations for his debut Premier League season.
In his first interview with the club, Osman expressed his excitement, saying, “Obviously, I am happy to be here. It’s a dream come true. As a young player in a new country, new team, and new environment, there were many interested teams, but Brighton stood out for me.”
Osman, a product of the Right to Dream Academy, cited Brighton’s playing style and focus on young talent as major reasons for his choice. “It’s a great development opportunity for me,” he noted. “My goals are to achieve my dreams fully – playing every week and scoring goals.”
Osman joins Brighton following a successful stint with Danish club FC Nordsjaelland. The move marks a significant step in his career as he aims to make an impact in the Premier League.
