Franklin Cudjoe, the Founding President and Chief Executive Officer of the IMANI Centre for Policy and Education, has praised musician Camedoh over what he describes as an excellent performance at the just ended CITI TV’s maiden Entertainment Achievement Awards.
The ‘maria’ hitmaker sang some of his songs taken off the Contingency EP which earned a nomination in the Album of the Year category but lost to Stonebwoy’s ‘Anloga Junction.’
The performance leveled to the satisfaction of Franklin Cudjoe, in a Facebook post – he described the legacy of Camidoh as an anstoning one.
His post reads, “It was great pleasure seeing you two. Your industry is productive. The industry must grow to accommodate your legacy, which just got started! God bless”
It comes after Camidoh and his manager George Britton made an appearance to receive an earlier pledge made by Franklin.
Taking to Facebook, George Britton, the manager of Camidoh announced that Mr. Cudjoe had fulfilled his promise.
“A very big thanks to Mr. Franklin Cudjoe for honouring his promise of giving Camidoh a gift of $500 after witnessing his performance at Citi TV’s Entertainment Achievement Awards,” he wrote.
