The first-ever Festival of Lights in Ghana is all set to roll out from today, Wednesday, December 22 to the 23, at Independence Square, Accra.
The two days event which starts from 3 pm – 12 am each day, will allow participants to experience dazzling neon glows of lights in the most enchanting setting and also allow them to explore an Afrocentric-themed Yuletide trip.
Festival of Lights will allow participants to experience the Village of Light, live band performances, play palace to celebrate magical moments created for little ones, Culture to explore Ghanaian folklore and
stories about Ghanaian Christmas, Fireworks or sky lanterns will light up the skies of Accra with fireworks and sky lanterns and Light painting will capture magical moments with light painting and photo booths.
Guests are invited to take a walk through attractions like the village Nativity Scene, Tunnel of lights, enjoy the Xmas Dance Troupe or live band folk music band and the best fireworks display this city will experience climaxed with a first of its kind Laser lights show and Masquerade show.
Available also will be signature art installations to help guests freeze memories with a picture or two.
Celebrate Ghanaian music, the magic of the season and premium fun at Independence Square for GHs 100 for singles, 150 for couples and 350 for a family of 4.
