Nine-year-old Abiba Abdullai is counting on the benevolence of the public to unravel the secret behind a strange illness that has kept her bed-ridden for the past nine months.
The class three pupil of the Bright Leaders International School is suffering from a sickness doctors say requires much money to cure.
Abiba has large spreading sores all over her body with pus and blood oozing from it every day, making it impossible for the girl to do anything for herself.
Aisha Abdullai, mother of the girl narrating her ordeal on The De-Graft Johnson Show on Tumpani TV said her child only complained of leg pains a day after her graduation from school, a complaint that was to be the beginning of her woes.
According to her doctors have declared Abiba medically fit and have advised her to consider spiritual assistance.
Aisha said she has sold her container in order to raise money to save her daughter’s life, just at the time her landlord broke into her room and threw her things out in the rain for none payment of GH¢700 rent.
The single parent is however, appealing to the general public, organizations and medical facilities to assist her through the Foundation to find solution to her dying child on 0242-509753.
