GMA UK organizers ready for the big launch on Friday

Organizers of Ghana Music Awards UK have started arriving in the country from the United Kingdom for the big launch of the awards which is set to take place on 23rd July, 2021 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

The first batch of the team who arrived over the weekend was led by the media team member Attractive Mustapha Nii Okai Inusah.

The second set according to the organizers will be arriving on 20th of July and will be led by Emmelio, Shebaby and  Nii Ofori Tackie-Tetteh populaly known as Alordia who is the Chief Executive Officer of the awards scheme,

Some members will also be flying from the United States of America and will also be led by Ekow Anderson, a member of the Planning & Advisory Board.

The team will be hosted at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

This year event marks the 5th edition which would be held in UK on 9th October and it is expected to attract a large number of Ghanaian music stakeholders which include artistes and their managers as well as international artistes from some selected countries in Africa, Europe and the United States.

The awards have about 39 different categories of which 37 are for voting and 2 are lifetime special recognition.

A number of Ghanaian performing artistes who have carved a niche for themselves in the Ghanaian music industry will be invited to perform at the awards ceremony.
