Government Postpones MMIP Launch

Government has announced the postponement of the launch of the Multi-Sectoral Mining Integrated Project (MMIP) Document, Project Appraisal and Implementation Document (PAID) slated for Friday, February 09, 2018, at the Great Hall of the University of Ghana.

A statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Wednesday, said it would communicate the new date to the public in due course.

The Ministry and the Inter-Ministerial Committee against illegal mining expressed deep regret for any inconvenience the postponement may have caused to the public.
