Had It Easy Doing Music – Mz VEE

Most artistes especially ladies, have come out to lament on how difficult and frustrating it was doing music in Ghana but it seems that is not the case for some people.

Silky voiced Ghanaian songstress Mz Vee on Rainbow radio’s mid-morning show hosted by the delectable Sokoo Hemaa revealed how easy she got into the music scene as an artiste.

According to the BET Award nominee, she is not ashamed to say she had it easy to be a musician unlike how most Ghanaians sees it.

She said ’’it seems if you don’t have a sad story or struggle to get somewhere, they feel you don’t deserve it. When God blesses you, he blesses you! We don’t struggle to have life, God brought us into this world, you have life and must be thankful for it and live it to glorify His name. So, it’s the same way I also stand bold on this blessing and I am working with it’’.

She further revealed being original with her own style has gained her more recognition in the Ghana Music Industry and beyond boundaries.

Explaining further she said, Staying true to herself and not copying someone else’s style,  part of the things that have done brought her this far in the music industry.

“Apart from the fact that I have an amazing team, I don’t think that I would have gotten this far if I had copied someone”.- she added.

She further revealed she is single and not dating at the moment.
