Helen Asante unveiled brand ambassador for Antarte

Ghanaian actress, Helen Asante has been unveiled as brand ambassador for Portuguese furniture brand, Antarte.

The unveiling took place on Friday, November 17, 2021 at the company’s showroom on the Spintex Road in Accra.

The Chief Executive Officer of Antarte, Jeronimo Rosamonte said the company settled on Miss Asante due to her popularity and skill as an actress.

He said the company is hoping to leverage on Helen Asante’s brand to drive sales on its exquisite furniture products for homes and offices and expand its business in Ghana where it already have eight stores.

Mr. Rosamonte noted that Antarte has been in Ghana for the past six years and has presence in other countries including Morocco, Angola, South Africa, the USA, Italy, Cote d’Ivoire and Sao-Tome & Principe.

“I am honoured to have you here to testify that Helen Asante is our brand ambassador,” he said.

Helen Asante on her part expressed appreciation to the company for choosing her as a brand ambassador and promised to help the company achieve its desired results.

She said, “I am honoured to be the Brand ambassador for Antarte. I’m grateful for this opportunity first of all and I thank God for this opportunity… We hope that together we can be a team and work as a team to sell the products. Antarte is here to stay; it is a brand not for the rich, nor for the poor, but a brand for unique people, who understand and know what they are looking for in terms of living space and living room set up.”

Helen Asante as an award-winning Ghanaian actress has been in the industry for over a decade, starring in movies such as Wedlock of The Gods, Somewhere In Africa, Crime To Christ, About To Wed, In The Eyes Of My Husband among others.

The two parties have signed a one-year renewable contract.
