Enyonam Manye is part of the newly inaugurated 7-member- board of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs — GCYE at an event held in Accra, on December 18,2019.
The core mandate of the board is to work towards the enactment of the Ghana Startup Act to regulate the SME sector as well as assist young startups.
The award-winning media personality was nominated to be part of the board of the GCYE because of her immense contribution to the development of young business people. Other personalities include Trigmatic, Ekow Mensah CEO of TANOE Hub.
The special board will operate under the mentorship of Mr. Kwaku Agyemang-Duah, Chairman of PEF governing board and president of the Oil Marketers Association, Nana Osei Bonsu, CEO of Private Enterprise Foundation and Mr Helleman of KAS.
ABOUT GCYE
Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs began as an informal association of a few young entrepreneurs who identified the need to come together in 2015. It was officially launched 19th November, 2016.
GCYE is registered under the National Youth Authority and the Registrar General. GCYE is an associate member of Private Enterprise Federation and Common Wealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs.
