I Am In Talks With Kotoko – Steven Polack
HEAD COACH of Kotoko, Steven Polack, has denied rumours that he had signed two years fresh contract with his employers.
“I have not signed fresh contract with Kumasi Asante Kotoko so disregard the rumours going on in the media”, he said on Nhyira FM.
Media reports indicate that Polack has agreed to a fresh two-year deal with Asante Kotoko, but the expatriate coach said there is no iota of truth in the reports so the public should not believe it.
According to him, he is currently in talks with management for a possible one or two-year deal but nothing has been concluded yet.
“I am talking with Kotoko management to extend my stay by at least one or two years but we are yet to conclude”, he said.
According to him, he is surprised some people are speculating that he had signed a fresh deal with the porcupine warriors.
Steven Polack, an expatriate trainer, led Kotoko to win the FA Cup after beating arch rivals, Hearts of Oak 3-1 in the finals, recently.
