I ‘fool’ to make money – Akuapem Poloo

You may not like actress Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Polo for her utterances and behaviour but that does not bother the young woman who says she is making a lot of money for being loud.

Speaking in an interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM, Rosemond said being obnoxious and doing outrageous things is giving her a lot of followers and bringing her money, especially from musicians who pay her to promote their songs or latest works on her social media pages.

”Whatever I portray in music videos, I get paid by fellow musicians for survival. That’s what I do to feed myself and my children. If I stop all that, I won’t get the attention for the movie roles and other gigs. The Akuapem leaders should allow me, I am doing all that to get money so I won’t die in hunger including my mother and children” she said.

Rosemond further pleaded with Ghanaians to slow down on the insults because everything she does on social media is planned.

“Some Ghanaians have all sorts of thoughts about me but I am a cool person when you get close to me. Apart from acting, I dance in music videos which pays pretty well,” she added.

Akuapem poloo is currently signed on Tic Music record label and she is promoting her new single dubbed ‘Sexy Poloo’.
