I Like Keeping People in Suspense – Inna Patty Reacts to Miss Ghana Allegations
Chief Executive Officer of Exclusive Event Ghana, Inna Maria Patty has said she will keep her silence until she is ready to go public about the Miss Ghana allegations.
“There’s nothing to know [for now]…like Madam Churchill said Silence is golden sometimes. You know I like keeping people in suspense like when I am launching and everything I do so at the right time,” she said.
Last year, some former winners of the competition including Miss Ghana 2010 – Stephanie Karikari, Miss Ghana 2015 – Antoinette Delali Kemavor, Miss Ghana 2013 – Giuseppina Nana Akua Baafi and 2013 Miss Ghana first runner-up accused Miss Patty of misusing the Miss Ghana franchise.
Former beauty queens of the Miss Ghana pageant, have blown the lid on some of the disturbing experiences they were allegedly made to go through by organisers, Exclusive Events Ghana headed by Inna Mariam Patty.
Winner of Miss Ghana 2010, Stephanie Karikari revealed how Inna Mariam Patti refused to put her on a billboard because her appearance did not please her senses.
According to her, the organiser declined to project her with the explanation that “sponsors had told her that I was not beautiful enough to be on the billboard.”
But Exclusive Events Ghana, organisers of the Miss Ghana beauty pageant, has refuted allegations by former winners of the national contest that various acts of abuse and humiliation characterised the event.
Speaking to Joy News MzGee on the state of Miss Ghana franchise amidst the brouhaha at the launch of actress cum producer Kafui Danku’s book, Inna says she prefers keeping Ghanaian in suspense.
