My Admiration for Tall and Handsome Men Is High – Adwoa Smart

Veteran Ghanaian Actress Belinda Naa Ode Oku, popularly known as Adwoa Smart has opened up on the qualities she will look out for in a man before accepting his proposal for marriage.

According to her, although she is single at the moment, she is hopeful of conceiving once she finds the right man.

Giving birth at age 21 and unfortunately losing the child, the diminutive actress is hopeful of becoming a mother again.

The actress, famous for the Akan drama – Obra – series, said on the Delay Show, a popular television series that she has been scared of giving birth again after she lost her first and only child.

The actress explaining further said the kind of man she wants to spend the rest of her life with should be tall, handsome and presentable.

She stated, “even if he is not too tall, he should be very handsome and discipline as well’’

Adwoa Smart, 46 has been selective with the kind of man she chooses as husband since she explained that most of the men who come her way have the intention only to sleep with her and not to marry her.

She further revealed that, her want of a child does not mean she is eager to find love. The Obra actress said she has been single for several years and was beginning to like it that way.

“I have been single for a long time. I can’t remember how long I have been single. How do you know if the man who has expressed interest in you is genuine or not? Men of today are not reliable, so I prefer being alone,” she stressed.

Adwoa Smart who’s well-known for her midget stature has been on a hiatus from the Ghanaian movie industry for a while now, but her exceptional way of acting in films and TV series makes memories of her to still linger in our minds.

Adwoa Smart is not a regular feature in most Ghanaian movies and drama series. She has starred in a number of television dramas and movies. She became famous in the early ’90s thanks to television drama Obra.

She popular actress was desirable to watch any time she featured in a programme. She is among those who treated Ghanaians to quality entertainment on GTV.
