I Read The Bible Anytime I’m Horny – Joe Mettle

Ghanaian Gospel Musician, Joe Mettle has disclosed what he does in his current state as an unmarried man when the desire for sex comes his way.

Asked what he does when such desire comes his way, the VGMA 2017 Artiste of the year, answered in the negative.

He told TV3’s Johnnie Hughes on New Day on Wednesday, January 28 that he prays and and read the word of God whenever he feels that strong desire to have sex, and people should also do same.

”I pray, I read the word when such instances occur. The point is this, I think that most of the time, it is about what you feed yourself with. There are so many things out there that exposes you, if you think it won’t be of need then don’t feed yourself with it. Focus on the things that are more important, the things more of relevant – that’s the best” he said.

According to the celebrated gospel musician, the only way to remain pure and have the power to conquer any ‘satanic’ sexual urge is through constant prayers and reading the Bible.

Joe Mettle maintains that the youth most especially must focus on more important things that take their mind off sexual desires.
