I SMELL NDC VICTORY IN 2020- Yammin

A member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Yammin, has opined that nothing can stop his party from winning the 2020 polls.

According to him, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) came out with fat and juicy promises to confuse the electorates during the 2016 elections, but have so far failed to deliver on their promises.

“The NPP peddled blatant lies and gave huge promises that they themselves know that they cannot fulfill in 2016 and those lies helped them to win the polls”, he said.

Yammin, who is a former Ashanti Regional Scribe of the NDC, said the NPPs lies have been exposed; adding that the electorate would reject them in 2020.

“The NDC members are charged and determined to work and bring the party back to political office in 2020, which is just around the corner”, he told newsmen.

Yammin, who recently failed to win the NDC chairmanship race in the Ashanti region, said hardship had become an albatross on the neck of the country, saying he was convinced that the NPP would be booted from political office by the electorates.

He stressed that despite being defeated in the Ashanti regional race, he would do whatever he could to help bring the NDC back to power in 2020.
