I Will Be Two-Term President – Joshua Alabi

JOSHUA ALABI, one of the aspiring presidential candidates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the 2020 polls, insists he would emerge victorious when the party goes to the polls.

Sounding extremely confident, he said not only would he win the primaries, but would go ahead to win the 2020 presidential election on the ticket of the NDC.

He went on to stress that he would again lead the NDC to retain political power in 2024.

“I will be two-term president on the ticket of the NDC. I will win convincingly during the upcoming NDC presidential primaries and I will afterwards lead the party to snatch political power from the NPP in 2020.

“My victory will not be restricted only to the 2020 polls as I will again lead the NDC to retain political power in 2024”, he told Adom FM on Monday.

Former President John Dramani Mahama, Alban Bagbin, Spio Gabrah and other NDC gurus have so far picked forms to contest for the flagbearership position, but Alabi said the aforementioned names don’t pose any threat to his ambition.

He said that the delegates had embraced his campaign message and would definitely cast their ballot for him.
